responsible for leading the Chinese company, marketing and sales and all front side web work. will act as marketing director and does the finances of the Chinese company.
will be responsible for all front end website work and the company marketing and sales.
Tasks
- International Marketing and Sales
- All SEO and SEM work
- Develop and maintain all front end web pages
- Consult on system functions
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing and sales plans
- Develop and maintain the Chinese company’s finances
- Consult in the backend development of the systems
- Develop company’s marketing plan
- Develop company’s sales plans
• Analyze business processes and issues, translating business requirements into system requirements for changes or new initiatives
• Conduct feasibility studies and in-depth impact analysis of possible strategic solutions and propose options for management consideration
• Manage the implementation of IT applications or system enhancements throughout the whole project lifecycle to achieve the agreed benefits within timeframe, scope and cost
• Take ownership of projects, sharing business knowledge with other team members as well as producing Management Reporting / Dashboard for tracking
• Coordinate with business users and IT teams to ensure that IT systems are effectively tested and successfully deployed
• A university graduate with a degree in Information Technology, business administration or related disciplines
• At least six years’ working experience, including at least three years’ hands-on experience in business analysis and project management in the financial industry
• Solid experience in managing complex business processes change across different business functions and geographical locations
• Proven track records of delivering projects successfully on time and within agreed budget
SENIOR INFORMATION CONSULTANT
A senior information consultant is responsible for correctly executing all activities that he and the junior staff are responsible for. He will be the first communication line between his colleagues in the USA and the office in China. Daily communication will go through MSN, SKYPE, E-mail and telephone the senior needs to have a perfect knowledge of spoken and written English is a must. He is flexible and can switch quickly between different activities. He is pro-active and knows how to develop initiative for the correct execution of the different activities. He can assist the junior staff with issues that involve PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. By working precise and accurate he knows how to control all the daily activities.
TASKS:
- Focal Point
- Overview of all activities and plans
- Input advertisement campaigns and reporting
- Develop templates for and check different websites
- Register websites using Google help programs
- Monitor clients through the Shenzhenteam monitoring system.
- Export report to PDF and check if this is done correctly
- Monitor link building and reporting
- Implement and check web statistics

JUNIOR INFORMATION CONSULTANT
The junior information consultant will have many different activities such as, input monitoring and editing of advertisement campaigns, but also for example monitoring of clients through the Shenzhenteam Monitoring system. You will report to the senior information consultant. Your daily activities will include developing templates for websites using HTML, JavaScript, CSS and PHP. Your will further use this knowledge when you are implementing web statistics for clients.
TASKS:

- Monitor clients with the PROSEO monitoring system
